Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leaders
A demonstrated track record of managing highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Exceptional organisational, multitasking and time‑management skills
Confidence to take ownership, work independently and hold your own in an executive environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction while exercising sound judgement
Advanced MS Office capability and experience with corporate systems
A flexible, proactive mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.
Qualification or background in Communications or Business advantageous.

This is a trusted, high‑impact role requiring a high level of professionalism, sound judgement and discretion, along with the ability to operate confidently in a fast‑paced executive environment.
Based in Canberra and reporting directly to the President, you will deliver comprehensive executive support while overseeing efficient office operations. The role requires flexibility to travel as needed and the capability to work autonomously, take direction, manage competing priorities and confidently engage with senior stakeholders.
About this opportunity
Deliver comprehensive executive support, including complex diary and inbox management, travel coordination and meeting preparation
Proactively anticipate executive requirements by managing priorities, workflows and sensitive information
Coordinate agendas, presentations and documentation for senior leadership and confidential meetings
Act as a confidential executive liaison, managing highly sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
Ensure effective day‑to‑day office operations, including IT equipment, document control and office administration
Manage expense claims, invoices and cost control activities in line with policy
Coordinate reward and recognition programs and service awards
Oversee visitor management, meetings, events and professional workplace presentation
Manage domestic and international travel bookings and reconciliations, demonstrating flexibility to travel as required
