To strengthen our European EHS organization, we are seeking an experienced EHS Manager Germany (f/m/d) to support our manufacturing, distribution, and on-site service operations across the country. How you will thrive and create an impact Reporting to the European Director EHSS&S, you will be the key link between corporate EHS and German site operations, providing both strategic direction and operational support. Lead EHSS&S (Environment, Health, Safety, Security & Sustainability) topics across German operations in line with global and European strategies Ensure legal compliance while driving continuous improvement Strengthen a proactive safety culture Identify and mitigate Serious Incident and Fatality (SIF) risks Develop and maintain Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) Act as the primary EHS contact for regulators and audits Manage incident investigations, including root cause analysis Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications Partner with operations and customers to reduce risk Deliver EHS training and manage third-party EHS providers
