Support and execute data privacy processes, including privacy assessments, data subject requests and the management of personal data breach incidents.
Maintain and update Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Contribute to the maintenance of privacy tools, practices and processes and identify gaps and inefficiencies, proactively recommending improvements.
Provide practical guidance and advice to internal stakeholders on data protection requirements and best practices.
Foster data privacy awareness and culture through workshops, trainings and awareness activities.
Continuously develop expertise in data privacy and stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory development and guidance.
Requirements
Good understanding of GDPR and core data protection principles.
1-3 years of practical experience in data privacy operations, with the ability to support and execute processes.
University degree in a relevant field
Understanding of business processes, information systems and data security requirements.
Ability to identify privacy risks and contribute to their mitigation.
Strong communication skills.
Pragmatic, solution-driven mindset with strong attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective.
Excellent interpersonal, networking and collaboration skills; proactive and self-driven team player.

You will be joining Security and Privacy team focusing on trusted business operations by protecting business and personal data, managing cyber and privacy risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.
You will be located in Ostrava, Czechia and report to the Head of Security and Privacy.
Purpose
Data Privacy Specialist leverages data privacy expertise, tools and established ways of working to support the company in developing and maintaining compliant, effective and efficient data privacy practices.
The role contributes to the day-to-day data privacy operations and processes, maintenance of privacy documentation and tooling, promotion of data privacy awareness and improvement of the quality and consistency of privacy operations.
