The Workday Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of the Workday platform by executing repeatable, well-defined tasks. This role configures routine data and system administration tasks, supports bi-annual feature releases, handles simple to medium-complexity support issues, and contributes to the stability of the Workday platform. This role works closely with the Workday squads and other product squads integrating with Workday.
What will you do?

Application Engineering
Perform routine administrative tasks, including but not limited to, user access management, data management, system maintenance tasks, support tasks for business operations, system audits, and report generation.
Monitor and resolve basic to moderately complex support tickets and escalate highly complex issues.
Support testing and deployment of Workday updates during Workday's bi-annual releases.
Comply with the consistent use of standards, design patterns, and tools that align with Aurecon's broader technology architecture and principles.
Ensure that production issues are addressed promptly, with thorough root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
Ensure that individual and team KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
Collaborate with business users to clarify requests or issues, test solutions and deliver approved requirements.
Maintain documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Collaboration & Engagement
Ensure clear and effective communication of technical solutions to both technical and nontechnical audience.
Engage with the business and IT stakeholders to complete business requests.
You will also need the following capabilities:
Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related discipline
With at least 2 years' experience in Workday support and administration.
Workday certification is a plus.
Hands-on experience in administration and support of Workday products: Workday Financials including Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Customer Accounts and Contracts, Procure to Pay, Time Tracking, Expenses, Projects and Project Billing
Working knowledge of business concepts and business processes i.e. Accounting, financial data, financial cycles
