Prior Experience:
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in property management, asset management, or retail real estate operations.
Proven track record of managing large, complex portfolios and delivering measurable financial and operational results.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight , with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
Demonstrated success in tenant relations and driving customer-centric initiatives.
Experience implementing technology solutions and sustainability programs within property operations.
Strong background in team leadership , including talent development and succession planning.
