Graduate of an accredited Neurology residency training program and Board Certified or Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association
Completion of a Neuromuscular Fellowship Program.
Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
Ability to obtain and / or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
Excellent teaching and interpersonal skills

Position Highlights:
We are seeking a neuromuscular medicine-certified physician with a subspecialty interest in ALS research and care.
The position requires an approximate 30% role in leading neuromuscular clinical research, as part of an established clinical and translational research program. Candidates with experience in neuromuscular research, existing funded research, and research expertise, including those with MD PhD and MD MPH, are encouraged to apply
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, this position will provide outpatient neuromuscular services on the University campus and community clinics, including the following: ALS multidisciplinary clinic
General neuromuscular clinic
EMG
Neuromuscular ultrasound
Limited inpatient call coverage is expected.
