Requirements
Substantial general experience in field/operations management with substantial general work experienc and thinking level..
Experienced in leading or influencing a team in a complex customer facing environment is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in engineering related field is required and Masters Degree is preferred.

Leads a small team which delivers a specialized output and might be required to provide in-fab engineering support (if relevant).
