Who are we looking for?
BTEC or equivalent in an appropriate discipline
Demonstrated ability to manage several tasks and deadlines effectively.
Skilled in preparing reports and interpreting data to support departmental performance.
Confident in applying Microsoft Office applications in day‑to‑day work.
Experience engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Background in conducting data reviews to support operational needs.

Location: RG7 4PR , located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking .
Package: £27,350 - £40,000pa. ( depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)

This role provides timely, accurate and reliable administrative and information‑management support to the Independent Oversight & Peer Review Management team. It focuses on coordinating day‑to‑day processes and ensuring effective delivery of core administrative functions.
Key Accountabilities:
Administration of tasks in support of Independent Oversight & Peer Review deliverables.
Maintain high standards of transactional administration/information management services.
Identify problems and provide solutions within set parameters or escalate if necessary.
Data analysis such as interrogating Independent Oversight & Peer Review observation database.
Find ways to continuously improve, making appropriate proposals to management and implementing agreed improvements or changes.
Build good, enduring relationships with stakeholders and team.
