About the role
The Campus Recruiter is responsible for supporting a robust early careers recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent from colleges and universities across the U.S. This is a pivotal position in shaping CRB's future workforce and will be responsible for all stages of the recruiting process for early career positions. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. In partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Early Career Program Manager, you will support the deployment of the early career programs for all U.S. locations. This will include coordinating the logistics, and program materials to help drive campus and university recruitment efforts Gain a comprehensive understanding of CRB's overall growth strategy and ensure alignment with early careers strategies by collaborating with HR and business leaders across the organization Partner with the People Operations HR team on onboarding activities and ensure our HRIS and ATS systems are updated accordingly. Ensure that our networking and sourcing efforts are DEI focused on attracting and engaging top talent across multiple disciplines Conduct phone screens and interviews in a timely manner Assist with delivering and updating training and materials to support all intern and early career hires (campus recruitment events, fairs, hiring manager learning sessions, etc.) Source and attract candidates using social media, attend industry meetings, networking events, career fairs, etc. Screen and track candidate resumes and applications via our ATS SmartRecruiters Keep Recruiting Database up to date with all recruiting activities Generate recruiting/headcount-related reports from HRIS/ATS system as required for tracking purposes Act as liason for all early career needs and build influential candidate relationships during the recruiting process Ensure delivery of prompt and effective communications with candidates & hiring managers throughout the full cycle recruiting process Attend local career fairs and functions to promote CRB and bring awareness to local talent. Other duties as assigned Associate or Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent years of experience. 1+ years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter in either a corporate or agency environment preferred Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) experience preferred but not required Proven success identifying, hiring, and retaining qualified personnel Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.) preferred Familiarity with databases and applicant tracking systems preferred Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making and judgement skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
