Job Description: Job Purpose In 2-3 sentences, please provide a summary of the purpose and objective of the job. The position is responsible for building the competencies of Sun Life field managers, primarily for Manila and Luzon through designing, developing and conducting/delivering standard leader development programs as well as branch requests for customized leader training sessions.
