We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality construction works across our standing assets, refurbishments, and leasing projects.
This is a key position within our organisation, ensuring that all construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards-while minimising disruption to our centres, tenants, and customers. You will ensure that all works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in line with URW standards and regulatory requirements.
You will also support the leasing process by providing early‑stage feasibility assessments, technical guidance, and cost estimates-helping to accelerate deal execution and ensure alignment between commercial ambition and technical reality.
You will report to the Senior Construction Manager, Nordics , and work closely with Project Managers, Leasing, Technical Managers, Centre Management, Finance, and external contractors.
