Become the local expert on UKG Payroll System, supporting others to leverage system tools
Maintain and update an accurate UKG roster
Support day-to-day HR activities within the plant including:
Partner with hiring managers and corporate recruiting team to support hiring process
Support New Employee Orientation as needed, including assigning timecard passcodes and completing I9s
Assist employees during the "Open Enrollment" process annually
Verify accuracy and consistency of attendance records
Complete union administrative tasks
Assist with plant inventory and accounting needs including:
Complete accounts payable/accounts receivable
Assist with ensuring accuracy of inventory
Lead monthly cycle counts and annual tagged counts
Tracking production units and sales units
Coordinate with corporate supply chain on raw material purchasing
Other duties as assigned
We'd love to hear from you if you:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources, Accounting, and/or administration
Experience with UKG or similar payroll systems and Oracle preferred.
Have experience or aptitude in operations & inventory control.
Have high level of integrity, trust, and ethical standards.
Have above average communication skills (written & verbal).
