Position Summary
To maintain and develop Hospice education and working relationships of the Hospice Program with professional/community contacts, the Hospice interdisciplinary team, physicians and their staff, and healthcare facilities. Maximizes opportunities for effective communication, problem solving, and utilization of Hospice Program services.
Education
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
