Provide HR Administration support to Managers and team members on H.R. related issues including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Communication & Engagement.
Supports the administration and maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems processes and tools.
Ensure HR systems and personnel files are updated as required
Support recruitment activities for the assigned cluster by coordinating with the relevant HRBP and hiring managers, ensuring recruitment processes are aligned with company policies, and assisting with job posting, interview coordination, recruitment documentation, and follow-up as required.
Liaising with managers on completing the recruitment process.
Support line managers on all HR issues within their departments as requested.
Assist in the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures relating to service matters. Maintain and update staff files/records.

Experience operating in a rapid and complex changing work environment
Have effective communication skills, including strong listening skills, excellent oral, written, and presentation abilities.
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent combination of experience; insurance or financial services industry preferred
