Manage end-to-end execution of early career programs including full-time development rotational programs, apprenticeship programs, internship programs, and seasonal programs
Design and deliver early careers program cohort onboarding, rotation coordination, cohort programming, and placement support
Oversee logistics for periodic live virtual and in-person events for program participants
Program Design & Continuous Improvement
Implement improvements to enhance participant experience and outcomes
Collect and analyze data and feedback to inform improvements
Stakeholder Management & Consulting
Partner with business leaders, executives, and HR peers to evolve and grow the early careers programs to meet shifting business demands
Influence leader participation and engagement and support participant performance calibrations conversations
Facilitate cohort orientation and onboarding experiences
Participant Experience & Performance Management
Monitor participant performance and experience
Address risks including performance and placement challenges
Partner with leaders to ensure strong rotation experiences
Support participant career progression
Program Operations & Governance
Ensure alignment with policies and strategy
Support program budgeting tracking and vendor coordination
Maintain documentation and reporting processes
Align programs with workforce strategies
Qualifications & Functional Skills Required
3+ years' experience leading early career programs and project management with a consultative mindset
Events planning and execution experience
Experience building and measuring programs tied to outcomes
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Backgrounds in early careers, Learning & Development, program management, or related areas preferred
Comfortable working with early-career populations and shaping developmental experiences
Occasional travel required (approximately a few times per year)

Benefits
Base compensation offered for this role is $68,500.00 - $86,300.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse.
