Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com - Key responsibilities - Review emails and download customer documentation; obtain information accurately and in a timely manner. - Conduct comprehensive PN inquiries (history, repeat/upgraded versions, build/quotation records within the Group); ensure thorough research with accurate results. - Review customer specifications/requirements; coordinate with Process Engineering and relevant departments to develop solutions for projects outside standard capabilities; verify feasibility before quoting. - Convert customer requirements into quotations on time. - Resolve quotation-related issues and inquiries with relevant departments. - Review customer specifications and update customer requirement reminders as needed. - Key requirements - Bachelor's degree with 2-year PCB-related experiences, OR Associate degree with 4-year PCB-related experiences, preferred in STEM major. Candidates with less experiences can apply for Associate Quoting Engineer. - Communicate effectively in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and work independent. - Demonstrate understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and quotation workflows. - Operate PCB industry software: wERP, CAM 350, Genesis, and Integr8tor. - Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Maintain clear logical thinking with continuous learning commitment.
