The selected candidate will perform the following duties, which include, but are not limited to: - Lead end-to-end delivery of large-sale technical programs, including IT design reviews, development, testing, deployment, and operations. - Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, operations, products, business) to align on scope, timelines, dependencies, risks and product outcomes. - Oversee vendor and consultant performance, ensuring deliveries meet technical standards, SLAs, and contractual obligations. - Manage program governance, including roadmaps, milestones, issue tracking, risk registers, and status reporting to executives. - Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement, and drive actions to resolution. - Drive incident management, escalations, and post-mortem analysis for platform or program-related issues. - Develop and maintain program dashboards, metrics, and analytics to track progress, adoption, and performance. - Identify process improvements, bottlenecks, and opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency and quality. - Partner with managers, architects, and leadership to prioritize initiatives and resolve blockers. - Ensure compliance with secure SDLC standards, security requirements, and governance frameworks. - Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely issue resolution. - Facilitate meetings, working sessions with stakeholders/delivery teams and provide regular status reporting to leadership. - Ensure documentation, governance, and communication materials are accurate, current, and accessible to relevant teams.
