Key responsibilities include: Support brand strategy and execution across the Company through visual design and digital experience using a combination of in-house execution and agency resources Maintain network of agency partners and manage engagements, including scope development, budgeting, timelines and stakeholder engagement Manage and maintain company website(s) and other digital platforms, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards Partner with internal teams and external vendors on updates, enhancements, and functionality improvements Uphold and enforce brand standards across all digital and visual materials Create and edit high-quality graphics for presentations, marketing materials and digital use Ensure consistency in tone, design and messaging across all channels Serve as liaison for photography and videography needs, coordinating shoots and managing vendor relationships Oversee editing, selection and delivery of visual content Own and maintain the company's brand identity and assets, brand guidelines and digital asset library, including organization, tagging and accessibility of files Ensure assets are up-to-date, properly licensed and easily retrievable Manage day-to-day social media posting and content publishing across platforms Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source content and ensure alignment with brand guidelines Monitor engagement and ensure timely updates (strategy may be supported by leadership or external partners) Design digital and print materials for corporate events, including invitations, presentations, and on-site visuals Ensure cohesive branding across all event-related materials
