Profile & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
4+ years of Experience in Business Excellence, Commercial Operations, Analytics, or Digital Transformation
Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in business contexts
Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Results-oriented mindset with focus on impact and execution
Advanced English proficiency (Spanish is a strong plus)
