Incident Management: Investigate and resolve incidents in line with SLAs; perform root cause analysis and implement action plans.
Collaboration: Work with development teams and stakeholders to deploy fixes and minor changes.
Maintenance: Ensure timely patch management, installation of updates, and maintain accurate documentation.
Process Ownership: Participate in ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.
Technical Requirements
Must-have skills:
Infrastructure: Windows Server 2016+ (installation/configuration).
Databases: MS SQL Server (installation, backup, and restore) or similar.
Web Services: Experience with IIS Web Portals and FTP.
Application Management: Monitoring, analysis, and 2nd line support.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English (both are mandatory).
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience with Storage and VMware/ESX solutions.
Identity and Access Management (IAM).
IT Security best practices.
