Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
2 Years recent pertinent clinical experience.
California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIRED
AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED
Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Nursing or enrolled in a Master's program.
Nursing Professional Development Certification (NPD-BC) - American Nurses Credentialing Center -PREFERRED
Other Qualification Requirements Certification in specialty area of practice highly desired.

Assist nursing personnel in identifying learning needs and planning activities to meet those needs.
