Additional Information
Mission
Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.
In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.
Role Purpose:
You're an experienced GP who has spent time thinking: there has to be a better way to do this. You believe in prevention not as a specialism but as the right way to practise medicine. And you're ready to do more than deliver it - you want to build the environment where a whole team delivers it, every day, at the highest standard.
As Clinic Lead, you'll hold full accountability for clinic operations, clinical governance, member experience, and team development. You'll directly manage the Lead Operator and all clinic doctors, and work in close partnership with the Medical Director and the wider Neko leadership team. This is the role for a GP who is ready to lead.
