What you need to shine in this role Experience leading go-to-market strategies and product launches - ideally in B2B, fintech, or global tech environments; Proven track record of driving revenue-contributing launches with minimal supervision, from strategy through execution; Strong stakeholder management skills: able to align diverse and global teams, drive consensus, and keep launches on track without direct authority; Creative thinking paired with structured execution - you bring new ideas and follow through on them; Ability to craft clear, compelling narratives from complex product and market information; Data-driven mindset: you measure what you launch and use results to improve the next cycle; Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities; Fluency in English (written and spoken). Bonus points if you have Experience in the payments industry or digital commerce; Background in building or redesigning GTM processes from scratch; Familiarity with product management methodologies or close collaboration with product teams; Experience creating merchant-facing or sales enablement materials; Track record of introducing new working methods that were adopted across teams.
