About the role
This role is responsible for accounts payable activities for WEHI. Reporting to the AP/AR Coordinator, the role is part of the Financial Controller team. The Accounts Payable officer is responsible for supplier invoice processing for the Institute, including preparing weekly payment batches accurately and in a timely manner and month end processing to support the Institute's financial results. Beyond the AP/AR team, the role works collaboratively with the broader Finance department, Logistics and Procurement to achieve its objectives. Key external stakeholders include banks, vendors and suppliers. Computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel. Terms of appointment This position is an ongoing role in a full time capacity . Salary is Professional Services Employee Level 4 ( $78,121 - $82,911 ) .
