Position Summary 1. Support expense planning, spending, and settlement for a department in accordance with the standards and procedures, and contribute to the creation of business performance through optimal asset managements. 2. Assist the leaders of department by coordinating meetings, managing work schedules, and building work environment, and support department members by preparing information assets, access authorities, and consumables for business. Role and Responsibilities 1. [Establishment and management of expense plan] Establish an expense plan needed to carry out department tasks by using G-ERP system, check and analyze the increase/decrease of expense frequently, and make adjustments accordingly. 2. [Expense management] Deal with expense for events, rewards, consulting, business trips, development, etc. required for the department operation within a designated schedule and analyze the results using G-ERP. 3. [Asset management] Identify the consumption of assets used for task execution by the department and drive to manage assets through asset inspection and transfer in accordance with the procedures and standards. 4. [Supporting department leaders] Support department leaders' tasks by coordinating meetings, managing schedules, dealing with expenses for business, congratulations, and condolences, and establishing working environment. 5. [Supporting department members] Support department members by preparing information assets such as PCs and phones needed to carry out tasks, securing access authorities, and settling expense for overseas business trips.
