Revenue Cycle Agent (Dental Biller)

Responsibilities

• Our Revenue Cycle team performs a range of administrative tasks, maintaining billing procedures for our 170+ locations across the Northeast (and growing!).
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and insurance vendors alike
• Organized and precise data entry, documentation, and coding for patient accounts
• Processing insurance claims, review balances, verifying proper reimbursements, and sending out claims as needed
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail, answering phones as needed, and responding to emails
