Responsible for managing the WalletShare for Alternatives product, as well as other WalletShare new and existing services, including the user interface. The WalletShare product is used by asset managers to identify opportunity and is an essential part of the sales team's workflow. Developing the strategic and technical vision for the product roadmap will be an essential role as our clients leverage data to meet their strategic goals. What You Will Get To Do: Product Management : Responsible for managing the WalletShare for Alternatives data and user interface, coordinating with other product managers and relationship managers to capture client feedback, develop requirements and manage the sprint process with your technical partners. The WalletShare product is used by asset managers to identify opportunity and is an essential part of the Sales teams workflow. Developing the strategic and technical vision for the product roadmap will be an essential role as our clients leverage data to meet their strategic goals. Client Management: Responsible for relationship development and management with key individuals and senior decision makers at each client in the areas of analytics and business intelligence. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship management skills to provide clients with the support and technical assistance they need to be successful with the Distribution Intelligence Solutions product suite. The Product Manager works closely with the Client Relationship team to ensure client needs are met . The Product Manager contributes to relationship management via demos to prospects, meeting with internal and external Sales team members to further gather feedback from clients and provide expertise on the use of WalletShare products. The Product Manager will also assist in managing strategic relationships, enhancing client services solutions, and helping lead clients through the on-boarding and training process. Account Planning: Coordinate across the WalletShare teams to ensure that product feedback is gathered, new clients are onboarded and any technical issues are resolved. Cross Team Coordination: Align SS&C resources (e.g., Product Development, SMEs, Customer Support, Customer Success) to respond to client needs and maximize client "stickiness" and value delivered Capture client feedback : Communicate client feedback across the teams to ensure feedback informs the product roadmap and that the SS&C Sales team can capture product value and benefits with prosp
