Job Summary The Chief of Staff - Senior Analyst acts as a strategic and operational analyst with a strong focus on financial analytics, execution tracking of site priorities and leadership enablement. The role drives governance, performance reporting and cross-functional coordination to ensure effective delivery of enterprise and India-specific initiatives. Essential Job Functions Strategic Execution & Business Management : Support translation of enterprise strategy into actionable plans. Coordinate annual planning, QBRs and key initiatives while tracking progress, identifying risks and providing structured decision support - (25%) Financial Reporting & Executive Dashboard: Prepares financial reporting for India operations including headcount, Opex, Capex and vendor spend. Develop executive dashboards and performance summaries to provide insights that support workforce planning and investment decisions. - (25%) Operational Governance & Cadence Management: Support operational cadence for the India organization, including preparation, execution, and follow-through of leadership meetings, governance forums, and initiative tracking. - (20%) Global Collaboration (India-US Alignment) : Facilitate coordination between India and US leadership teams. Prepare executive presentations, leadership updates, and performance reviews to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders - (15%) Site Initiatives & Associate Experience: Supports in the execution of site level initiatives related to growth, culture, and associate engagement. Partner with P&C and leadership teams to drive communication, leadership visibility and organizational effectiveness - (15%) Minimum Qualifications - 5-8 years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, PMO, or Chief of Staff roles - Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, headcount planning, and KPI reporting - Proven experience building executive dashboards and business performance reviews - Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in global, matrixed organizations Preferred Qualifications Financial Services, Technology, or Global Capability Center (GCC) - Experience in Financial Services, Technology, or Global Capability Center (GCC) environments preferred Skills Business Planning Leadership Communication Operational Governance Stakeholder Collaboration Strategic Program Management Reports To : Director and above Direct Reports : 0 Work Environment Normal office environment, hybrid.
