Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Scope : The rout and/or specialty machining operator will take supplied machine programing information and assign proper tools to each program set as well as set bits and tools properly. Additionally, they will assign proper tool kitting positions. Duties and Responsibilities: Operator one or more machines simultaneously Independently perform complex (specialty machining) or standard (rout) machine set-ups Programming of machines and fabrication programs Align production panels to tooling pins on fabrication machine Visually and mechanically inspect PCBs and panels Make required adjustments to machine settings (i.e. X and Y axis in rout; X, Y, and Z axis in specialty machining) Operator chamfer and beveling machines Use computer measuring machine and dial calipers Utilize and operator board washer to ensure PCBs are clean before sending for inspection Follow all departmental process procedures correctly Complete all departmental documentation accurately Complete quality checks when product arrives in and exits the department Perform other tasks as assigned by management and cross-train as needed to assist production N ote: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel. Essential Knowledge and Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Ability to stand for the duration of shift Ability to read and understand blueprints, customer specifications, and procedures Basic math, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and computer skills Must possess interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills Follow all safety measures Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing experience preferred Previous PCB experience preferred Numerical control experience preferred Post-secondary schooling in machining preferred Compensation and Benefits: TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
