About You A PhD in a related discipline and demonstrated expertise within the nursing profession. Proven success in designing and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate learning experiences using contemporary pedagogical approaches and educational technologies. A strong track record of research leadership, including leading projects, supervising postgraduate researchers and contributing to the advancement of nursing knowledge. Highly developed interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build productive relationships across academia, industry and professional networks. A passion for mentoring others and fostering a culture of excellence in teaching, research and engagement.
