Deliver and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and minor works across the precinct. Act as the main client contact, managing requests and ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Supervise contractors, source quotes, and oversee works to meet safety, quality, budget and timeframes. Inspect and monitor building assets and systems, log jobs, and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and UQ safety requirements.
