Safely operate forklift equipment and report any malfunctions
Pick, stack, wrap, and stage outbound freight
Load and unload trucks
Follow FIFO principles and RF processes
Receive, locate, and replenish stock using RF technology
Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
Meet productivity, quality, and safety targets - Report unsafe or hazardous conditions promptly
Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment
Perform other warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Reach forklift experience is an asset
Ability to use RF scanners (training available)
Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment
Working Conditions:
Warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Forklift Operator to join our Distribution Center team in Garland! This role supports fast‑paced warehouse operations with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Pay & Schedule:
Pay: $20.50/hr.
Schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm, 7:30am-4:00pm, or 8:30am-5:00pm
