Monitor line flow and make changes needed on a timely manner, adjust machinery according to bird weight. Replace the rubber picker fingers in the picking machines. Adjust the machines. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Standing/walking 100%, bending/stooping 75%, making repairs and/or adjustments, lifting 10%.
100% manipulations of feet/legs, hands, arms.
Be able to follow instructions.
Wet, inside hot, high humidity, feathers, slippery floors, noisy, adequate lighting and ventilation, works alone, and with others.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Rehire Consideration:
