About the role
In this role, you will lead change management for the rollout of an enterprise AI platform, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, supported and ready to adopt new ways of working. You will focus on practical adoption outcomes across business processes, systems and culture, helping the University deliver program benefits while managing people impacts and operational risk. You will undertake change impact assessments and stakeholder mapping, then develop and deliver change and adoption plans that set clear messages, engagement approaches, and training needs. You will partner with senior leaders and program sponsors to strengthen change leadership, facilitate engagement forums, and provide regular reporting to governance bodies and senior management. About You Degree in Management, Business, Communications, Human Resources or related field, and/or equivalent experience. Extensive experience leading change strategies for large, complex programs. Experience delivering change and adoption for large-scale technology transformations. Sound knowledge of contemporary change management methodologies and toolkits. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including with senior executives.
