Basic Requirements :
Associate degree in Engineering, Technology or Business with 4+ years of experience within Operations, Manufacturing, Quality or Purchasing, OR
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology or Business with 2+ years of experience within Operations, Manufacturing, Quality or Purchasing, OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Technology or Business, OR
JD/PhD in Engineering, Technology or Business, OR
6+ year of experience within Operations, Manufacturing, Quality or Purchasing in lieu of a degree
In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Requirements :
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma Black Belt
Strong understanding of SABRe, FAIR, PPAP requirements
Experience of operating within a global manufacturing environment
Experience with electronics and controls manufacturing as well as certification processes
Experience in robust design methodologies
Experience in design of manufacturing tooling, gaging, and fixtures
Demonstrated experience working with suppliers to delivering world class manufacturing performance

Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 in office days a week
Working location: Indianapolis, IN
As Manufacturing Engineer - Purchasing Controls you will be responsible to lead all aspects of the external supply chain manufacturing activities with accountability to ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met for the designated programs and components. You will work in a cross functional team, with manufacturing emphasis, to achieve procurement objectives. In this role, you will travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
