Job Description
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in auto damage assessment to inspect vehicles, evaluate losses, and prepare or audit accurate, comprehensive estimates for both first- and third-party material damage claims across auto or specialty lines. The ideal candidate brings proficiency in CCC ONE estimating software, strong negotiation and time management skills, and a customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional claims experience.
National General Insurance is seeking an experienced Auto Field Adjuster to join our field estimating team supporting the Durham, North Carolina market. This is a territory-based, field position, and candidates must reside within 30 miles of Durham.
This role also plays a key part in supporting team success through training, mentoring, quality control, and providing technical guidance on material damage claims. An active adjuster's license is strongly preferred ; if not currently held, candidates must be willing to obtain licensure shortly after hire.
