Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, workstation, videowalls and monitors etc.)
Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
Installing new cables for the related devices in the field (cameras, workstation etc.) and make sure they are working properly
Providing orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
Organizing and completing upgrades and maintenance in coordination with other teams
Performing troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve the problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
Maintaining tickets of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
Identifying computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
Performing installation, assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, computers, I/O units (keyboard, mouse, handheld terminal, etc.) and other field IT equipment.
To ensure the continuity of service functions, working in close collaboration with the Shift Operations Team and Maintenance Team, other engineers from the IT team, and the engineers/specialists of the Global Service Desk Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4, and following the instructions provided.

Network (Cisco devices), Virtualization (VMware), Windows Servers and OS knowledges are preferrable
Residing at commuting distance to Istanbul Airport

Your position
As IT Technician, you will be responsible for all IT infrastructure, monitoring and end-user support (Server hardware, network and system infrastructure and room, operating system, backup solutions, etc.). Your responsibility is to provide Level-1 and Level-2 service support.
As IT Technician, you will ensure the delivery of the planned preventive maintenance over the systems as well as the problem items and the changes that may require. Furthermore, you will support the team with the network cabling, incidents and other relative tasks.
