We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lecturer to lead and inspire students in our Bachelor of Business (BBus) programme. Specifically, we are looking for a versatile educator with expertise in Business Management . About you: Our undergraduate programmes constantly seek to achieve a balance between 'academic excellence' and 'industry experience and best practice'. Preference will be given to applicants who have subject knowledge across a range of specialisations. Preference will also be given to those with industry experience, industry accreditation or similar status, and those who have undertaken applied research. Required experience/skills: Currently hold at a minimum a postgraduate degree in a related field or MBA Previous teaching experience in tertiary education Proven industry experience in business, management, or HR Strong understanding of the New Zealand business environment Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas) Experience in curriculum development and assessment design Strong knowledge of current trends and practices in the business sector Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively teach and engage diverse, multicultural cohorts.
