The Director position is a remote position within the US. Some limited travel (~10%) is expected This roles primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
Integration Strategy, Planning and Execution
Partner with Corporate Initiatives and internal teams to define integration strategy during due diligence and post-close phases
Translate business objectives into technical integration roadmaps
Develop detailed program plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Support technical due diligence activities assessing targets for alignment of technologies, services, compliance, scalability, and technical debt
Identify integration complexity, risks, and cost estimates
Act as the central point of coordination across executives, engineering teams, and business stakeholders
Provide clear status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
Facilitate decision-making across competing priorities
Technical Program Leadership
Lead large-scale, cross-functional integration programs across applications, IT, security, and data teams
Drive execution of system integrations
Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Drive mitigation strategies and escalation when needed
Manage trade-offs between speed, cost, and technical quality
Process & Playbook Development
Build and refine M&A integration playbooks, frameworks, and best practices
Standardize onboarding and integration processes for repeatability
What You Need to Succeed
Education & Experience:
8-10+ years of Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or related experience
Industry certifications preferred: PMP, PgMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, and/or Agile and Scrum Certifications
Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs
Direct experience with M&A integration, or large-scale system integration
Strong understanding of design and implementation of complex technical solutions
Proven ability to influence without authority across senior stakeholders
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
Skills & Competencies:
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with the ability to align business objectives with technology delivery.
Proven ability to mentor, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience reporting to Boards and Executive Committees.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering a culture of preparedness and resilience.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience driving risk remediation efforts.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar
PMP, PgMP, or Scrum certifications (nice to have)
