Prepare, review and update processing mapping including transitioning existing documentation into the SAP Signavio tool.
Build strong relationships and a deep understanding of the processes in the assigned areas.
Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to ensure pain points and requirements are gathered and documented to deliver future state
Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and drive efficiencies through automation and use of AI.
Champion the use of the enterprise process mapping practices and the enterprise tool (SAP Signavio ). Support the Lead role to uplift the enterprise capability and the community of practice.
Contribute to a collaborative Enterprise Enablement culture by role ‑ modelling ASX values and actively breaking down silos.
Work across teams and divisions to share knowledge, resolve issues and improve end ‑ to ‑ end enterprise outcomes.
Undertake other activities reasonably required to support the effective operation of the Enterprise Enablement function.
Engage with Enterprise Customer & Operations and cross ‑ divisional peers to support delivery, coordination and execution outcomes.
Your experience and qualifications
Requirements
Design Thinking
Six Sigma/Lean or equivalent
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline like business, technology, finance
SAP Signavio
Proven experience in end-to-end process improvement to maximise efficiencies
Experience in presenting, leading and facilitating workshops with a wide range of stakeholders including executive level
Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret business needs and user experience to develop effective solutions
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Managing and adapting to competing priorities, multi-tasking
Experience with problem solving techniques (i.e. Root cause analysis)
Continuous improvement tools and techniques"
Experience in Financial Markets / capital markets
Worked on Agile, Lean and Waterfall projects
Experience using Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Agile, and Confluence)
Experience in driving capability uplift e.g. ""training the trainer""

Your Team
The Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O) enables ASX to run better. This is through improving customer experiences and interactions, delivering simplified processes and services, integrated delivery planning and capability, and driving consistency of standards.
The Enterprise Enablement (EE) team within EC&O is responsible for providing enterprise capabilities and frameworks, that enable and govern change, transformation, delivery, strategy execution, customer products, data management and process mapping.
