What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (or 10+ years of relevant experience)
10+ years in the T&T or related industry
Strong expertise in specialty chemical applications (coatings, release, softeners)
Proven project management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Experience influencing customers and supporting value-based sales
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and drive business results
Preferred Expertise
Deep knowledge of T&T operations, products, and market dynamics
Experience with new product commercialization and portfolio growth
Familiarity with digital solutions in T&T
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,690.00 and $181,412.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
