Using the Rockwell Automation Market Access Model, you will manage the implementation of overall strategies, plans, and actions to support business growth across :
Global / Industry Accounts
Strategic Accounts
OEMs
Industry initiatives and indigenous end‑users
Channel partners
You will:
Coordinate activities between the country organization and global product businesses.
Assign appropriate liaisons to support programs and initiatives across assigned geographies.
Support product business initiatives.
Develop and execute short and long‑term strategic plans to strengthen business performance.
Analyze current business performance against plans and forecasts in conjunction with the President, Asia Pacific.
Lead organizational development activities within the country.
You will also:
Coordinate sales, marketing, and lifecycle services activities to achieve company objectives.
Support commercial programs and globalization / localization initiatives.
Define requirements for competitive marketing strategies within corporate policies.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and risks.
You will:
Direct country operations including Sales and Support offices and infrastructure functions such as Human Resources, Logistics, Finance, and IT.
Manage cost, capital, and related assets (e.g., inventories, receivables, margins), where applicable.
Provide leadership and direction to account management teams, domain experts, distributors, and system integrators.
Ensure alignment with global programs and corporate policies.
Develop team capability through coaching and development programs.
Establish appropriate financial controls, strategies, and business plans.
Represent Rockwell Automation with government bodies, trade associations, and other relevant groups.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Support completion of annual corporate requirements including audit participation, reporting, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
The Essentials - You Will Have :
Four year college.
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years management experience.

Job Description
As the Regional Director for Korea, you will be the business leader for Rockwell Automation's Korea operations. You will set local business goals aligned with Rockwell Automation's overall business plan, including sales growth, market penetration, and profit performance.
Working within a matrix environment, you will be responsible for planning, directing, growing, and controlling country operations, while contributing to the execution of revenue, productivity, and growth initiatives. Achieving these goals will require aligning priorities and activities across cross‑functional teams within Rockwell Automation's global organization.
