Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in but not limited to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to perform in basic editing (Canva, Video Editing) is a plus.

About you:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Employee Success Intern to join our ES team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various ES functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and ES administration. The intern will work closely with the ES team to support daily operations and contribute to ongoing projects.
Area of Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and assisting in orientations/onboarding.
Help organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
Employee Relations:
Assist in handling employee inquiries and resolving minor issues.
Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
Participate in organizing company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
Training & Development:
Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures as needed.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
Assist in the preparation and filing of employee documentation.
Other Duties:
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Participate in special HR projects as assigned.
Ad-hoc requests.
