Create, organize and manage various documents in support of a team of 3 lawyers.
Regularly communicate with in-house lawyers and clients on litigation files.
Maintain electronic files, records, and correspondence
Handle confidential information with discretion, confidentiality and judgment
Managing day-to-day meeting schedules, file organization, and correspondence handling.
Requirements
3 + years of experience as a legal assistant or law clerk
An in-depth understanding of legal terminology, technicalities, and pressure coupled with excellent analytical, organizational and multitasking skills ease is sought.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Outlook, Team and Co-Pilot.
Bonus Qualifications:
Bilingual an asset

Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 53,940.00 - 83,095.50 annually.
