About the role
Western Sydney University is seeking a Senior Lecturer in Medicine (Gastroenterology and Hepatology) to contribute to teaching, research and academic service at the School of Medicine's Blacktown Clinical School on a full-time basis. You will work closely with clinical and academic colleagues to support integrated teaching, research and clinical practice, and contribute to the discipline of medicine locally and internationally.. About You You will demonstrate advanced academic expertise in a relevant discipline and a strong commitment to medical education, holding or currently undertaking a PhD. You have current registration, or are eligible for registration, with the Medical Board of Australia. Your background includes specialist training and consultant-level experience in Gastroenterology and/or Hepatology. You must be eligible to hold a clinical appointment at Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospital. You will bring demonstrated experience in teaching and learning design at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
