Most importantly, you'll build trust with customers who rely on your expertise to keep their gear running beautifully. As the Lead Technician, you'll complete over half of the team's repairs, taking on the most complex work with accuracy, confidence, and care.
This is a role where your experience, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills will really shine. Communication and leadership will also be key as you help support the team's technical quality and consistency.
What you'll bring to the team
3+ years of experience in a bicycle Service Centre
A positive, self‑motivated attitude and a collaborative, team‑focused approach
A warm, approachable manner with strong listening skills and a genuine desire to help-even on busy days
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a love for hands‑on problem solving
Enthusiasm for learning more about bicycle servicing
A commitment to ongoing learning and staying up to date with new methods and technologies
