Take ownership of generating proposals based on customer‑defined requirements, including general trading terms and conditions.
Prepare and submit bids, sales proposals, and obtaining the required approvals.
Consult with other departments on pricing, product specifications, warranties, and product suitability to ensure delivery of the right technical and commercial solution for the customer.
Manage cost estimates with project team members, product specialists, sales, and multiple suppliers.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
2+ years of experience in commercial proposal preparation,
Work with "internal customers"
Manage communications by email and remote meetings
Participation in technical and commercial meetings
Order verification against proposals
Participation in defining customer requirements
Experience high‑pressure environments while remaining focused on goals, with to prioritize daily tasks
Skills in cost calculations and commercial proposal content
Commercial skills to support sales in delivering proposed services
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Fluency in Spanish.
Experience in commercial proposal preparation in an industrial automation environment.

Job Description
You will create commercial proposals. You will manage the request for quotation (RFQ/RFP) process for the sale of services. You will do this in collaboration with field and sales teams, which include maintenance contracts, spare parts management, field services, and safety services. You will be accountable for the entire tender process, from initial contact through contract signature, with focus on defining commercial terms and conditions.
