Scale an integrated go-to-market motion across sales, Solutions Architects, partners, product, support, and other cross-functional teams. Establish and maintain strong relationships across key customer accounts while helping the team deepen executive and working-level engagement. Run operating cadences across the team, including forecast calls, pipeline inspection, 1:1s, team meetings, and leadership reviews. Clarify territory ownership, manage account coverage, and partner with leadership and RevOps on changes that improve productivity and reduce friction. Own the talent strategy and outcomes for the team, including hiring, performance management, promotion readiness, and leadership development. Support onboarding, product fluency, and consistent execution as the team scales.
