Remote Region Based : The associate in this role is expected to travel to multiple sites within their assigned Region as needed and therefore must be located within the assigned Region or a bordering state to perform assigned responsibilities.

Requirements
6 years of progressive Risk Management Plan (RMP) and Process Safety Management (PSM) experience.
Multi-site or regional RMP/PSM experience.
Strong knowledge of EPA RMP and OSHA PSM regulations.
Experience with PHAs, audits, and incident investigations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Travel 25%+
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Ammonia refrigeration experience
Experience supporting regulatory inspections.
Experience with APSM or similar web-based RMP/PSM management systems.
Experience working with CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo) for maintenance and compliance tracking.
Environmental compliance experience
AutoCAD experience
