Role and Responsibilities
Roles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
1. Product & Portfolio Management
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive growth, market share, and profitability.
Manage the full product lifecycle, including launches, pricing, portfolio optimization, and end-of-life strategies.
Monitor market performance and recommend initiatives to achieve business targets.
Align local strategies with regional and global HQ direction.
2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning
Lead end-to-end GTM execution in collaboration with Sales, Corporate Marketing, Retail, and partners.
Develop compelling value propositions and messaging tailored to Filipino consumers.
Oversee product launches, integrated campaigns, brand activations, and promotions.
Ensure timely development of marketing collaterals, training materials, and sales tools.
3. Market Insights & Consumer Understanding
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Partner with research agencies to monitor brand health and customer satisfaction.
Translate insights into actionable strategies for product positioning and communication.
4. Pricing & Profitability Management
Recommend retail pricing and promotional strategies based on market dynamics.
Monitor channel margins and promotional effectiveness to maximize profitability.
Support demand forecasting and inventory planning through market intelligence.
5. Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration
Work with HQ/RHQ and regional teams to ensure local market relevance.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, and Operations for seamless execution.
Build strong partnerships to optimize product availability and business performance.
6. Ad Hoc & Special Projects
Lead strategic initiatives contributing to Home Appliances business growth.
Drive innovation projects, local initiatives, and process improvement programs.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements.
